Qualified solar appointments, booked into your diary.
We find homeowners who are ready to go solar, qualify every one of them on the phone, and book them in with your team. You just turn up and quote.
- Decision-maker on the call
- Bill £140/month
- Wants to install within 2 months
Work out what a full diary means for you
From first call to a full diary
A simple, done-for-you process. You tell us where you install and when you’re free. We do the rest.
Discovery call
We agree your area and how far you’ll travel, your criteria, and the days and times your team can see homeowners.
We go live
Our video ads run on Facebook and Instagram in your area only, explaining the savings, 0% VAT and the incentives homeowners don’t know about.
We qualify & book
Every enquiry gets a phone call. Only homeowners who pass our checklist are booked into your calendar.
You quote & close
You get the appointment with full notes. If they don’t show, we replace it free of charge.
Every appointment ticks every box
We don’t book anyone who’s “just browsing”. Before a homeowner goes in your diary, we confirm all of this on the phone:
- Owns the homeNo tenants. The person we speak to owns the property.
- Electricity bill of around £50+ a monthEnough usage for solar to make a real difference.
- Decision-maker on the callThe person who makes the decision is there, so you can get an answer on the day.
- Looking to install in the next couple of monthsAnd happy to go ahead if the quote is right.
- Blockers covered up frontBudget, finance and timing are discussed before booking, so there are no surprises.
- Usage and tariff details readyAnnual usage, unit rate, supplier and anything that affects the design, like an EV, a heat pump or someone working from home. You can size the system before you arrive.
- Booked the way you workAn online call or an in-person survey, depending on how your company prefers to quote.

NO
CHARGE
No-show? Free replacement. No quote? No charge.
If a homeowner doesn’t turn up, we book you a replacement at no extra cost. And if you don’t get to quote for any reason, you don’t pay for that appointment. You only pay when you get a genuine chance to quote.
Your criteria, not a one-size-fits-all script
Qualified on the phone, by a person
Every homeowner is called and checked against the criteria you set before anything goes in your diary: minimum bill, roof suitability, conservation areas and listed buildings, how they plan to pay, and whether the decision-maker can be there.
Exclusive to you
Ads run only in the area you cover, however far you’re happy to travel, and every appointment goes to one installer: you. Nobody else gets the same homeowner.
One point of contact
A dedicated contact who knows your campaign inside out, not a call-centre runaround, plus weekly updates and a full monthly report on how many homeowners came in, got qualified, were booked and turned up. All data is collected with consent and handled under UK GDPR.
Pay as you go. Only when you get to quote.
No retainer, no ad-spend bills and no long-term contract. You pay a fixed price for each qualified appointment we put in your diary, invoiced weekly. If you don’t get to quote, you don’t pay.
Pay per booked appointment
*Price depends on your area and the criteria you set for an appointment.
- Every homeowner spoken to by phone, not just a form fill
- Decision-maker on the call, blockers already covered
- Turn up and quote. We’ve done the ringing round
- No-shows replaced free. No quote, no charge
- Exclusive to you, never shared
Ads that attract homeowners who are ready

We’re a specialist appointment-setting agency. We handle the ads, the calls and the booking, so your team spends its time quoting, not chasing.
Solar is all we do
We know the schemes, the objections and what makes a good roof, so the conversation with the homeowner is already halfway there before you arrive.
Ads made in-house
We write and produce our own video ads, explaining the savings and incentives, so homeowners come to you informed instead of cold.
Every homeowner is phoned
Nobody is passed on from a form. Each one is spoken to, checked against your criteria and confirmed before they reach your diary.
The risk sits with us
No retainer and no contract. No-shows are replaced free, and if you don’t get to quote, you don’t pay.
Clear, honest reporting
A quick update every week, then a full monthly report: enquiries, qualified, booked, attended and what we’re improving next. No vanity metrics.
Exclusive, in your area
Your appointments are never shared, and we only advertise where you’re happy to travel.
Questions installers ask us
What counts as a booked appointment?
A homeowner who owns the property, pays around £50 or more a month for electricity, wants to install within the next couple of months, is happy to go ahead if the quote is right, and has agreed a date and time with the decision-maker on the call. Appointments are online calls or in-person surveys, depending on how your company works. We also note their annual usage, unit rate, supplier and anything else relevant, and send it all with the booking.
What if the homeowner doesn’t turn up?
We book you a replacement appointment free of charge.
What if we don’t get to quote?
Then you don’t pay for it. If for any reason you don’t get the chance to quote, you aren’t charged for that appointment. You only pay when you get a genuine chance to quote.
Are appointments exclusive?
Yes. Each homeowner is booked with one installer only. We never pass the same person to several companies.
Which areas do you cover?
England, Scotland and Wales. We only run ads in the area you cover. Tell us a town and how far you’re willing to travel, or list the areas you work in, and we’ll stick to it, so there are no wasted journeys.
How quickly can we start?
After a short discovery call to agree your areas, criteria and availability, campaigns can usually go live within a few days.
Do I need to be MCS certified?
We work with MCS-certified installers. It means your customers can access the Smart Export Guarantee and lender rewards, which our ads talk about.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It’s pay as you go: you’re invoiced weekly for the appointments booked that week, and no-shows are replaced free. You can pause or stop whenever you like.
Tell us where you install
We’ll come back with a price per appointment for your area and how soon we can start filling your diary.
- No obligation
- Free replacement for no-shows
- Exclusive to you
